For four decades, Allstate employees and agency owners have been a force for good for their neighbors, customers and communities through the company’s Helping Hands program. With 113 chapters throughout the U.S., they’ve painted classrooms, planted community gardens, packed care kits, and so much more. Taking care of their communities comes naturally to them. After all, they’ve been taking care of their customers since 1931.
With volunteerism an essential part of their corporate culture, more than 78,000 Allstate employees and agency owners make a difference in communities across the U.S. – all year long. Together, they live into Allstate’s promise of helping people realize their hopes and dreams, protect them from life’s uncertainties, and prepare them for the future.
Allstate employees and agency owners understand firsthand how valuable and necessary their skills and time are to community organizations. Over the last five years, they’ve logged over one million volunteer hours and, this year, Allstaters led more than 4,500 volunteer projects. In doing so, they’ve worked to make our communities stronger, safer and more beautiful.
As a company, Allstate is committed to inspiring changes, and changing lives in the process – for 40 years and for many more to come.
Congratulations The Allstate Corporation!
