In 2012, Fulton Financial Corporation launched the Military Internship Program, a 12-week paid internship program open to veterans who have been honorably discharged regardless of age or date of discharge from military service. The internship program provides veterans with the chance to learn about the financial industry and explore career paths in banking.

The Military Internship Program was established to provide veterans with essential business skills and professional experience they can use throughout their career. Since the program began more than 45 veterans have completed an internship, with 25 obtaining full-time employment with the Corporation following their Military Internship.

f an applicant is chosen to participate in the internship program, the Corporation reviews their skill set and interests and they are placed in a specific area of the company for their 12-week assignment. During the program, participants are mentored by members of the Corporation’s management team about potential career paths and professional development.

Fulton Financial Corporation is dedicated to providing career opportunities to veterans. The Military Internship Program has given veterans the opportunity to further develop their professional skills, and achieve their career goals.

Congratulations Fulton Financial Corporation!
