As the nation’s leading advocate for youth financial literacy, the Jump$tart Coalition® is proud to conduct its sixth annual conference devoted specifically to PreK-12 classroom teachers of personal finance. The Jump$tart National Educator Conference is dedicated to training, motivating and appreciating personal finance educators.
The conference offers classroom educators an opportunity to see, learn about, and try educational resources that can be integrated immediately into current lesson plans; to attend informative workshops; to meet with leaders from finance and education; and to network with colleagues from across the country.
“Our National Educator Conference is a cornerstone of Jump$tart’s mission to educate and prepare our nation’s youth for life-long financial success,” said Laura Levine, Jump$tart President and CEO. “Every year, we look forward to working with our teachers, sharing resources from our national partners and introducing them to others teaching personal finance to our nation’s next generation of consumers.”
With the conference in the Washington, D.C. area, teachers also will have the opportunity to hear from policymakers and opinion leaders— gaining valuable insights to share with their students.
Registration for the 2015 conference will be available through the Jump$tart website.
Congratulations Jump$tart Coalition!
