The partnership between SER National and Coca-Cola facilitates the SER MUJER program on women’s empowerment. It provides financial literacy, job training, entrepreneurship and business development training to women. The program offers support to aspiring female entrepreneurs in Dallas/Ft. Worth, District of Columbia (DC), Fresno, Los Angeles, and Miami.
Each program lasts six weeks and is available in a traditional workshop setting, online, and mobile application format. Participants are able to engage in a hybrid version of the course through a combination of classroom instruction and the online format.
Hundreds of women have participated in the program, gaining essential guidance and peer support to aid their individual entrepreneurial needs. Participants engage in eight modules within the program that include risk management, tax planning, and financial literacy.
The program boasts 100 percent completion for participants that have enrolled in classroom setting workshops.
Local partnerships in each of the program’s locations have increased participant’s capacity, access, and awareness in the communities they serve. In addition, local partnerships serve as vitally important towards the recruitment of women to the program.
The SER MUJER program offers a dynamic and flexible platform for women to enhance their entrepreneurial skills and collaborate with their communities.
Congratulations SER National!
