TD Bank recently launched an exciting, new TD Bank Learning Center, which provides financial education and advice to customers to help them learn more about personal finance. The new platform, developed by Everfi, Inc., a leading education technology company, is designed to appeal to and meet the needs of adults at any stage of life with a wide range of financial concerns.
The TD Bank Learning Center offers seven 10-minute modules covering topics on credit scores and reports, home ownership, identity protection, financial higher education, insurance, mortgages and taxes. Available in English and Spanish, users have the ability to choose a topic best suited for their financial needs and can access the platform through any device. The bank has introduced the initiative to organizations across its Maine to Florida footprint, and it is well-received.
Centro Campesino Farmworker Center, a Community Development Corporation that offers bicultural and bilingual services to Latinos and other low-income families throughout Central and South Florida, hosted an event sponsored by the bank during which 100 people experienced the bilingual TD Bank Learning Center first, focusing their lessons on credit scores and reports.
New York-based organization, Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration, introduced the program to its members on October 25.
Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration is the nation’s first community development organization and partners with area residents and businesses to improve the quality of life in blighted areas of Central Brooklyn. The TD Bank Learning Center will enable its members to make better financial decisions, set savings and investment goals, and manage their money to help them increase their stability and wealth over time.
Congratulations TD Bank!
