The Society for Financial Education and Professional Development, Inc. (SFE&PD), a non-profit organization located in Alexandria, VA, is one of the leading financial literacy and professional development organizations in the United States. SFE&PD continues to be successful in the implementation of its educational programs, including the presentation of financial literacy training on college campuses and in low-to-moderate income communities nationwide.

SFE&PD will host its Eighth Annual Financial Literacy Leadership Conference on October 26-27, 2015 at the Hilton Crystal City Hotel in Arlington, VA. This year’s conference theme is: “Financial Literacy: Financial Decision-Making.” This dynamic professional development event will bring together leaders with outstanding knowledge and research on financial decision-making. The conference includes a myriad of interactive workshops and plenary sessions ranging from “Culture and Financial Decision-Making to “Best Practices in Financial Education: Colleges and Universities.

Each year, SFE&PD assembles the best minds in the financial literacy and research field to collaborate on new ways to educate a broader segment of our society through hosting a national professional development conference.
