Voya Financial is committed to unifying employees around the mission of serving others in our communities. One of the most visible ways that Voya demonstrates this commitment is through its National Day of Service (NDOS) – a company-wide initiative designed to make a meaningful impact in the communities where Voya employees and customers live and work by harnessing the talent and creative energy of Voya’s people.

This year marked Voya’s third annual National Day of Service. Working with hundreds of nonprofit partners in communities across the country, more than 3,700 employees volunteered over 13,500 hours. Central to the success of NDOS has been the support, commitment and involvement of company leadership, beginning at the helm, throughout all ranks of the company.

“At Voya, we recognize that volunteerism drives positive change in our communities, and we’re proud of our employees’ commitment to service,” said Voya Financial Chairman and CEO Rodney O. Martin, Jr.

In addition to hosting NDOS each year, Voya encourages employee volunteerism by providing full-time employees with 40 hours of paid volunteer time each year. And in 2015, employees volunteered more than 44,000 hours in communities across the country.

Congratulations Voya Financial!
