Robert Hatch serves as Director & Counsel of Regulatory Affairs for the Financial Services Roundtable. In this capacity, he coordinates FSR’s efforts in responding to a wide variety of actions taken by both financial regulators and the courts, with a specific focus on new policies required under the Dodd-Frank Act of 2010. He also acts as FSR’s regulatory subject matter expect in the areas of Risk Management and Lending and Leasing.
Hatch earned his J.D. from The George Washington School of Law, where he graduated with honors and served as a member of The George Washington Law Review. He also holds a B.A. degree magnum cum laude in Political Science from Brigham Young University.
